Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. For anywhere else, email us and we'll see what we can do.

Postage

We send each order by whichever service suits it best, depending on its size and weight.

Our quilts and blankets vary a lot in weight, so postage is set for each item. It is shown before you pay.

For commissions and non-standard orders, we'll let you know the postage once we've worked out the weight.

Dispatch times

• In-stock quilts and blankets: dispatched within 3 working days of your order.
• Made-to-order blankets: dispatched within the lead time shown on the product page.
• Commissioned quilts: delivery is agreed with you when we confirm the commission.

We email you when your parcel is on its way.

T-shirts

T-shirts are printed and dispatched by Teemill, not by us. Teemill's own delivery times and costs apply and are shown at their checkout.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us at hello@feralchild.co.uk and we'll put it right.
