Who we are

What we collect

• When you use a form on this site: your name, email address and what you write to us (for commissions, also size, colours, occasion, budget and dates).
• When you buy from us: Stripe collects your payment and delivery details on its own secure page. We receive your name, email, delivery address and what you ordered. We never see your full card details.
• T-shirt orders are taken by Teemill, who are responsible for that information under their own privacy policy.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry (our legitimate interest in answering you).
• To make, send and support your order (to perform our contract with you).
• To keep business and tax records (a legal obligation).

We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don't lead to an order: 12 months.
• Order records: 6 years, for UK tax purposes.

Who processes it for us

• Stripe — card payments and receipts.
• Netlify — hosts this website.
• Capsule CRM — stores enquiries sent through the forms on this site, so we can reply and keep track of them.
• Google Workspace — our email.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't use analytics that follow you around. Stripe sets its own cookies on its payment pages to prevent fraud.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email hello@feralchild.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
