Changing your mind

For ready-made items — quilts sold from this website and in-stock camp blankets — you can cancel within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. Made-to-order blankets of our standard designs are covered in the same way.

• To cancel, email hello@feralchild.co.uk with your name, the order and the item you're returning.
• Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in the condition you received it.
• Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

We refund the price of the item and the original postage within 14 days of receiving the return, to the card you paid with.

Commissioned quilts

A commissioned quilt is made to your own specification, so the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to it, unless it is faulty.

We take a deposit of 30% to book a commission. The deposit is refunded in full if you cancel before we start cutting fabric; after that, it is non-refundable.

Faulty or not as described

If anything you buy from us is faulty or not as described, you are always covered. Email hello@feralchild.co.uk and we will repair, replace or refund it, and pay the return postage.

Small differences in stitching, colour and pattern are part of handmade work and are not faults.

T-shirts

T-shirt returns are handled by Teemill. Please use the returns process on Teemill's website.
