Who we are
This website is run by Feral Child Yorkshire Limited, a company registered in England & Wales, company no. 14422710, registered office 148 Rose Bowl, Portland Crescent, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 3HJ. VAT no. GB 426 0766 96. Email: hello@feralchild.co.uk.
Our products
Everything we sell is made by hand in small batches. No two quilts are identical, and blankets from different batches may vary slightly in colour and finish. Photographs show the actual quilt where it is a one-off, and a representative example for blankets.
Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). All prices include VAT. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. For commissions and non-standard orders, we'll let you know the postage once we've worked out the weight.
Ordering and payment
You order by paying on Stripe's secure checkout page. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our website.
Our contract with you begins when you have paid and we confirm your order by email. If we can't fulfil an order — for example, because an item has just sold elsewhere — we will tell you and refund you in full.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Our Delivery and Returns & refunds pages form part of these terms and explain dispatch times, your 14-day right to cancel, and what happens if something is faulty.
Commissions
Commissioned quilts are agreed individually by email: design, price, deposit and timescale. Those agreed details and these terms together form the contract.
Care
Each product page includes care instructions. Please follow them: damage caused by washing or drying against the instructions is not a fault.
T-shirts
T-shirts are sold, printed and delivered by Teemill under Teemill's own terms.
Your rights and governing law
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings there.
